Perform daily customer visits and updation of CRM

Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts while meeting
customers' evolving needs.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics, providing customers with valuable insights and
positioning them for success.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to deliver seamless service and
solutions to key accounts.
Adhere to 100% CAF/ Customer Documentation and Payment collection compliance and updation.
