Oversee the daily operations and maintenance  of the biogas plant, Sewage  treatment plant, Water treatment plant and water management systems
Ensure Compliance with environmental regulations and standards
Monitor and control process parameters to optimize plat performance and efficiency
Supervise and train the team of operators and maintenance staff
Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly
Implement energy saving initiatives and sustainable practices
Prepare reports and records on plant performance , maintenance and environmental compliance
Develop and implement stand operating procedures and safety protocols
Co-ordinate with external agencies and stakeholders for regulatory compliance and audits
