Duties:

As an Analyst in EES Trade Management your primary responsibilities will be:
Client Service: responding to client queries and calls regarding cash equity allocations and pre-matching
Risk Management: identifying and escalating risk stemming from cash equity trades. Monitoring risk report to pro-actively manage risk events such as buy-ins and corporate actions.
Problem Solving: partnering with Trading Desks and Clients to investigate and resolve trade and cash discrepancies to ensure efficient matching trades.
Projects and Initiatives: working on projects and initiatives to improve efficiency, enhance client service and further develop EES risk management capabilities.

Skills:

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
Ability to handle a fast paced environment making quick and effective decisions
Strong Client Service and communication skills
Strong team work ethic
Strong written and verbal communication and an ability to communicate technical information in a simple way.
