  • Require service Equity Manager (Ranchi)
Job Description:
  • Customer acquisition, sales pitch, objection handling
  • Service and resolutions
  • Collection of checks
  • Training and educating the customer of how to use mobile & app; internet .
  • Passing customer feedback and service issues to Office
  • Organizing and helping in physical investor meet
  • Local promotions in small town/city
  • Cross-sell of various products like Mutual Funds, IPO etc
Qualification:
  • Minimum Diploma/ Graduate/Post graduate
  • Some knowledge in equity and equity based products.
  • Should be comfortable for sales
