We are looking for a Kolkata based individual skilled in analyze and understand the requirements of client, transforms the essence into SOW (Statement of Work),guide development team and give support to client for implementation of software applications.

Job Responsibilities

Functional Support activities on business vertical solutions and web based applications
Lead generation, calling, scheduling, making demo, understanding customization requirements (if any)
Documentation, and Client coordination
Takes care that proper training is given to the end-users and that the software is usable and running properly at client site.
Effectively communicate with client, team members and other stakeholders
This job requires travelling. Training and supporting existing clients through site visit or remote desktop support

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Commerce, MBA will be added advantage
1-2 years experience in Client-side Sales and Support or a similar role
Must be proficient in Accounting and Inventory Concepts, Taxation, Tally ERP and MS Office. Excellent computer & internet skills
Proficient in Client interaction, Software Requirement understanding and follow up
Usability testing of newly developed software or customized modules
Experience in working as a team and coordinate with other Techno- functional team members
Effective oral and written communication, strong interpersonal, analytical, and sales abilities
