Job Description

  • We have urgent opening for freshers/experienced (females only)for the position of ERP-Site Staff.
  • Any graduate with good communication skills and willing to learn and grow is welcome. 
  • Job Designation : ERP Site Staff
  • Job Location : CARMEL CONVENT SCHOOL, CHANAKYAPURI 
Job Description: 
  • Provide technical support to clients' on company's software
  • Act as a direct link between the customers and Entab
  • Use intellect and knowledge to solve customer's problem
  • Be in direct contact with customer for software related problem/query of them.
  • Be a part of high performing team and managing self and others
  • Learn and implement the skills in the industry
Required Education & Experience:
  • Should be a Diploma holder/graduate 
  • High level of initiative with ability to self-manage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving skills.
