Job purpose:

Estimate the project cost based on incoming tender drawings. Undertake quantity survey of glazing and ensure procurement of all required data for estimation via the designated sales personnel.

Duties and responsibilities:

Preparation of formal quote along with standard and special considerations for pricing. To maintain 100% accuracy & timelines while preparing the quotes. Generate all necessary support documents for Sales during pre-tender and post tender. Submission of activity report periodically.

1. Entering the glazing requirement in company proprietary software after preliminary structural calculations to ensure structural stability.

2. Generating outputs of material lists, unit overviews and complete pricing using output from software and Microsoft Excel.

3. Preparation of formal quote along with standard and special considerations for pricing.

4. Provide required information to the various functional teams like sales, logistics and service engineering team.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of overall experience out of which minimum 2-3 years should have been within façade & fenestration industry with real good track record and should be able to demonstrate his knowledge during the interview rounds.
