Asset Management Services and Application development, work in a global collaborate team in the India GCIC, collocated with our sponsor users, harmonizing the development of Asset Management applications implementing and standardizing in an Agile and scrum methodology


Your Role and Responsibilities
As an ETL developer role you will closely work with Data Architects to develop Asset Management data pipelines.
ETL Developer duties will include, but not limited to:

• Designing, development, testing and maintenance of all ETL solutions
• Building an environment by utilizing a range of data sources across a number of areas to gain insight and extracting data from the core operational systems, using both structured and unstructured data
• Supporting and manipulating complex data sets to assist data insight

Your day in the role will include:

As a part of technical leadership team our ETL developers are expected to drive and lead the development, support and deployment of our architectural, Cognitive, Cloud, Data and Application solutions for Asset Management. Understanding our Enterprise Asset Management E2E services and deploying in x-functional team our comp. architecture and micro services with development skills and critical thinking.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3-15+ years of experience in Data, Data analytics and building data pipelines.
• Skills; - Datastage design & development (or similar ETL tooling). Data modelling, Netezza, DB2, SQL server or similar DBs. SQL, Scripting.
• Exposure to Big/Fast Data concepts
• Extensive experience building and supporting data extraction, transformation and loading processes using commercial tooling.
• Researches data variances

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Exposure to Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins),Continuous Delivery (maybe DevOps),Apache Kafka (nice to have)
• Possess advanced knowledge of data architectures; Experience with Agile methodology, experience building large, scalable E-commerce applications, Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins),Configuration management tools (SVN, Git),Unit testing.
• Critical Thinking, Being Able to Listen, Learn and Lead using Design Thinking as a main value and principle for the application and services development
