Job Description
ROLE: FRESHER – Event - Backend Planning and Co-ordination
LOCATION: Andheri (East)
PROFILE: Ability to conduct Desk Job across streams - Back-end Planning, Vendor Mgt., Database Building, Updation etc.
PROFILE: Ability to conduct Desk Job across streams - Back-end Planning, Vendor Mgt., Database Building, Updation etc.
Backend Planning on Briefs (hotel, travel, airlines, transport, vendors, artist etc.)All coordination with vendors for timely reverts & planning on multiple briefs
Negotiating with vendors (hotel, travels, airlines, transport, artist, vendors etc.) closing deals at target price.
Documentation ensuring completeness, detailing, correctness etc. as per systems, processes & timelines
Invoicing/billing, payouts, advances, refunds etc. coordination to ensure compliances, timely & smooth roll outs
Co-ordination during event Internal reverts in the desired formats (e.g. word, excel, presentation etc.) with proper research, complete & correct details for Planning & Execution as per timelines
Work closely with internal teams to ensure that the reproduction is as per brief specifications and quality standards
SKILLS: Planning & coordinating skills (a must)

Fluent in English n Smart, enthusiastic & passion for events
Eye for detailing, planning & quality – Meticulous
Multitasker & team player with a quick turnaround capability
Positive attitude, work under pressure & deliver desired outputs in short timelines
Possess good interpersonal skills
Proactive, Agile & Quick learner
Good working knowledge of MS, Excel, Power point etc.
REQUISITE: Medically Fit given the profile requirement
Freshers with any Graduate Background with Discipline, Right attitude, Meticulousness & Seriousness - should only apply
Working Days, Late working etc. should not be an issue during Events
