Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Vendor Relationships:
Identify, negotiate with, and manage vendors, suppliers, and sponsors for event-related services and resources
Foster positive relationships to ensure reliable and quality support for events
2. Event Promotion and Marketing:
Develop marketing and promotional strategies to generate interest and attendance for school events
Coordinate with the marketing and communications team to create event materials, including flyers, posters, and social media content
3. Logistics Management:
Plan event logistics, including venue selection, setup, audiovisual equipment, transportation, seating arrangements, and security
Oversee event setup, coordination, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, students, parents, and community members to gather input, plan, and execute events that cater to diverse interests and needs
5. Risk Management:
Identify potential risks associated with events and develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
5. Post-Event Evaluation:
Collect feedback from participants, attendees, and stakeholders to evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement
Prepare post-event reports summarizing outcomes, attendance, and feedback
6. Creativity and Innovation:
Bring creative ideas to the table for innovative event concepts that align with the school's culture and objectives
Incorporate interactive and engaging elements to enhance the attendee experience
