Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with on-site event recce and execution
2. Handle event preparations and administrative duties as directed by event managers/seniors
3. Help manage the reservation and booking process for internal and consumer visits, if applicable
4. Assist in processing vendors transactions and follow up with members in a timely manner
5. Aid in communication with local partners with upcoming events, promotions, programming and hours of operation
6. Log all invoices and expenses into related event budget
7. Pay attention to detail
8. Handle all invoices and check requests
