Gandham Style jobs - Event Manager

·         Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery

·         Liaise with clients to find out their exact event requirements;

·         Produce detailed proposals for events (for example, timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets);

·         Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.

·         Securing Sponsorship

·         Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project

·         Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships

·         Managing supplier relationships

·         Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently

·         Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to team

·         Travelling to onsite inspections and project managing events

·         Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.

·         Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery

·         Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics

·         Market and Promote the event

·         Manage all pre-event planning

·         Produce post-event evaluation to inform future events

·         Research opportunities for new clients and events.
