Job Description

Job Responsibilities: -
1. Planning an event from start to finish. 
2. Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, travel) 
3. Generating ideas for the event. 
4. Managing event budgets. 
5. Sponsorship negotiations. 
6. Managing audio and virtual event companies. 
7. Putting together event marketing plans. 
8. Research venues, suppliers and contractors, then negotiate prices and hire. 
9. Research opportunities for new clients and events.
Qualification :  Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality management, marketing or related areas.
