Event Planners

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Qualification: Any

Languages: Hindi, English, Any International Language would be an added Advantage

Location: India, Pune

Job Description:

  • Needs to be an ambitious, creative, dedicated and competent enough to oversee and organise events
  • Should prepare budgets and ensure adherence
  • Should source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers and be in charge of hiring the right personnel for the right job relevant to the event
  • The candidate should coordinate all operations, lead promotional activities of the event, supervise all staff and approve all aspects well in advance of the event.
  • Should do smart work and also work round the clock when required to get the job done
  • Should evaluate the outcome of the event and provide it in the form of extensive reports
