1. Mail to the business associations and follow up for event registrations
2. Post events on the company's social media pages & business groups to increase the reach
3. Follow up with event delegates for profile and business information
4. Compile event delegate info in MS Word
5. Report daily on the progress/activities completed
6. Raise claim on successful daily registrations
