The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of event planning and execution. They should be confident with building new relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. 

Responsibilities

You will get the opportunity to oversee the event pre-planning stages, whilst working alongside some incredibly experienced and dynamic people.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Taking client enquiries and managing the process
2. Managing key client executions on ground and create reports
3. Working closely with Head of Operations- India for planning the execution of future campaigns
4. Working with strict timelines and responding professionally
5. Ensuring you provide a consistently outstanding level of customer service
6. Resolving any client issues in a professional way
7. Measuring and reporting to the Head of Business on all key performances
8. Ensuring the safety of our clients at all times.
9. Developing and training junior members of the team
10. Supporting the sales & marketing teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Past events or activations background is a must
