Exam invigilator is responsible for ensuring that all exams are conducted fairly, securely and in accordance with the exam board's regulations. The invigilators must be vigilant at all times during the exam to detect any instances of malpractice or cheating.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To check the identity of students before they enter the exam room and to ensure that all students have the required exam materials.
• To explain the exam rules to the students and to answer any questions they may have.
• To distribute and collect exam papers and to ensure that students do not start the exam before the official start time.
• To patrol the exam room during the exam to ensure that there is no cheating or malpractice.
• To record any incidents of malpractice or cheating and to report these to the exam board.
• To collect the completed exam papers and to ensure that they are securely stored until they are collected by the exam board.

Requirements:

• Must have good communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work under pressure.
• Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Must have a high level of integrity and honesty.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
