NewAge Products Inc. is a manufacturer and distributor of high quality, first-class home and garage storage products based out of Vaughan. As a leader in our industry, we provide our customers with new and innovative storage products that are competitively priced to meet consumer's needs and budget. Our products are sold in major retailers such as Home Depot, Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart and more.

Duties:

·        Assess exception data entered in SAP by customer care group for re-categorization into appropriate data buckets to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

·        Manage cloud storage of exception related documentation such as photos, BOL, and delivery receipts in corresponding folders.

·        Upload data files into SAP to generate Tableau reports

·        Manage data quality including data cleansing, editing, validating and tagging

·        Prepare monthly score card reports for our distribution partners

·        Communicate findings and recommendations to Toronto head office in the form of reports and dashboards.

·        Collaborate with internal stakeholders with the goal of providing them with the ability to make decisions and analyze their Business.

·        Liaise with other internal departments to obtain information related to monthly review reports

·        Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

·        An undergraduate Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; specializations in business, IT, or a combination of both preferred.

·        1-3 years of demonstrated experience in data quality in a BI role.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required.

·        Advanced Excel skills; intermediate to advanced SQL skills; hands on experience with one or more BI platforms (a strong preference towards Tableau BI tools); experience with data visualization is a plus.

·        Strong thinking and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, develop trends/patterns and develop reports using significant amounts of information.

·        Must be results oriented with an ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on quality of work delivered.

·        Willing to work in a highly collaborative environment, managing multiple competing priorities in a deadline driven environment.

·        Ability to work independently and function as an integral part of the team.

·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and changing work environment.
