* Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain banking and financial products (Personal Loan, Salaried
Overdraft, ).
* Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information
* Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into clients
* Maintain a database of customer interactions and update call records
* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned
* Coordinate with sales and operations teams for client follow-ups and on boarding
* Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic knowledge of financial/banking products
* Proficient in using CRM and calling software
* Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Minimum Experience:
* 1 year of experience in telesales within the banking sector in loan industry only.
Educational Qualification:
* Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary); Graduation preferred
Salary Range: 23K to 25K ctc per month.
