Job Responsibility:

• Manage all accounting transactions.

• Help with monthly, quarterly, and annual audit.

• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

• Ensure timely bank payments.

• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.  

• Audit financial transactions and documents on a monthly basis.

• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.

• Comply with financial policies and regulations like GAAP.

• Generate billing statements and reports.

• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.

• Daily manage petty cash.

• Manage balance sheets and profit /loss statements.

• Interact with clients on phone calls, email, and in person.

• Good experience about Tally ERP-9.

• Excellent knowledge about ms excels functions like vlookup, hlookup, trim, etc.

• Manage cash flow.

• Examining expenses submitted by employees.

• Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable.

• Analysing the data to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue.

• Must have knowledge about GST, TDS and taxation.

• Examining the proficiency of the software programs used to organise data.

• Examining the invoice records, prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.

• Preparation of accounts and tax returns.

• Assistance in direct and indirect tax compliances.
