Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling the drafting & documentation of letters to various third parties
2. Acting as a mediator between the accounts team, third party clients, and internal teams
3. Managing CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, providing timely reminders, and taking the minutes of meetings
4. Assisting the CEO in all aspects of developing and preparing plans
5. Organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, coordinating and following up with other departments and clients for the pending works
6. Creating and maintaining Word documents and Excel spreadsheets
