Must have Exposure of HR activities - Maintenance of attendance and Leave record - Experience of handling attendance software - Handling reimbursement of telephone and newspaper bills, Full & final settlement etc. - Responsible for Bank A/c opening for new join - Conducting interviews, Joining and Exit formalities - Maintenance of HR records in software and excel - Responsible for issuance of letters related to complete employee life cycle - Responsible for verification of various vendors bills - Responsible for HR MIS report as and when required - Updation & Maintenance of Personnel files - Responsible for office correspondence and filing - Should have knowledge of statutory compliances - Handling day-to-day activities of HR and Admin related work
