We are looking for an exceptionally bright, well organized and self-motivated Executive Assistant to become part of our team. We are seeking a driven, bright, and motivated individual with a history of high performance to support our founder. This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, great organization and prioritization skills and the ability to plan ahead.
Job Description:
- The EA provides information management support by drafting documents and preparing reports and presentations.
- Maintains Founders schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, small to medium size events, and travel.
- The EA performs duties independently to achieve specified outcomes and may represent the Founder to others when appropriate.
- Transcription of Notes.
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling.
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, All-Hands meetings, on-sites/off-sites).
- Schedule cost effective air/hotel/ground transportation. Create detailed travel itineraries (including smooth transitions between time zones). Coordinate with in-house travel agents and manage international travel process. Submit expense reports in a timely fashion.
