Job Summary
We are looking for a new Executive Assistant to support our executive team. You will manage mostly business-related tasks for the team such as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks.
Responsibilities and Duties
Communicate with upper management to develop strategic operational objectives
Monitor performance of cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance & HR)
Sound understanding of CRM.
- Generate reports & analytics to measure the performance metrics of different teams.
- Receive & respond to customer queries.
- Understand and assist the organization in various business operations, strategy & delivery.
- Responsible for implementing organizational policies.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidate should have good knowledge of IT and technology based products
Fluent English Communication.
Good with numbers
Proficient in MS Excel & Powerpoint
Quick thinker
Excellent People skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹25,000.00 /month
Fresher 
Gurgaon 3,000 - 5,000 Per Month
