We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the leadership team. The person is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the leadership team and managing the organization's office operations, including working remotely with the recruitment team. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Primary Responsibilities:- Data Management for Open positions /Delivery - Maintain and coordinate data with the recruitment team.
- Give timely alerts to the team and escalate to the leadership team as required.
- Invoicing Tracker Management - Prepare invoices and maintain a tracker with payment alerts.
- Administrative Work like contract validation, preparing and validating documents, and maintaining a repository of documents.
- Coordination with Client SPOCS - Work closely with Client key persons, maintain cordial relations with them and highlight operation failures or escalations.
- Social Posting & Engagement - Website, Blogs, and LinkedIn-related maintenance and content management.
- Research-related activities - industry and profile-related research as and when required.
