Job Description

ICRISAT seeks applications for the position of Executive Assistant to the Director – Human Resources. This position will be based at ICRISAT’s Headquarters in Patancheru, Hyderabad, India.

Requirements: Graduate/Post Graduate with 5 or more years of relevant experience in administration and office management.

Highly proficient in MS-Office suite, with special reference to Word, PowerPoint and Excel,Strong social media capabilities

Proficiency in English communication skills (both written and spoken)

Desirable: Ability to work under pressure, deliver under tight schedules and maintain high degree of confidentiality.Should be a good team player with strong interpersonal skills.Exposure to working with multicultural team

General:This is a Locally Recruited Staff (LRS) position for three years, renewable based on the performance of the incumbent, funding availability and the Institute’s continuing need for the position. An attractive compensation is offered for the right candidate.
