  • Coordinate and maintain the calendar including organizing all appointments, meetings, conferences all across the world etc.
  • Follow-ups and Follow-throughs with internal teams.
  • Managing phone calls, routine emails and correspondence with clients within India and Internationally.
  • Maintain strong follow-up systems for timely completion of projects/assignments and keeping the Director updated on any developments, status reports related to ongoing projects.
  • Work on ad hoc research projects and ensure timely completion with 100% accuracy and eye for detailing.
  • Managing personal tasks including managing petty cash.
  • Should be high on integrity and able to maintain confidentiality in day to day operations.
  • Open to travel and work in flexibility. Organizing and servicing Meetings, social gatherings and events.
  • Remain up-to-date with the latest trends and events in the industry.
  • Creating Presentations, summary reports and budgets as and when required by the Director. 
  • Should have a Go-Getter attitude and must be a team player.
