We are looking for a new Executive Assistant to support our company’s senior-level managers and team to perform a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

Marketing & Business Development- Calling, Mails, Linkedin, Online Search...

Maintaining RFP’s and RFP follow-ups

Preparing Authority letters, Payment letters & Other Letters or Documents if needed

Preparing Form 6, Form 13, Certificates

Vendor Registration formalities

Organizing and maintaining the office filing system, Photocopy

Other tasks if assigned .....

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to concentrate on multiple problems and tasks at once

Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
