We are looking for a SMART FEMALE GRADUATE having Command over English to work as an Executive Assistant. The job involves variety of administrative, Coordination tasks for our Client who is based in USA and Canada. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, problem solver having exceptional communication skills

Skill Sets:

· Decent English - written and verbal communication is a must.

· Good Interpersonal Skills

· Good Presentation Skills

· Presentable and SMART

Job Description:

· Calendar management

· Dealing with incoming emails and post

· Organizing meetings and appointments

· Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients (US Clients)

· Pro-active approach towards work Ability to work in challenging situations.

· Preparing MIS reports

· Preparing presentations

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Salary: ₹180,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
