About the internship

An executive assistant plays a critical role in providing high-level administrative support to an executive, typically a CEO, president, or top-level manager, in an organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing the executive's schedule and tasks. The executive assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive's office, managing their time efficiently, and handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Work location is in WeWork, Link Road, Malad West.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage calendars and schedules
2. Assist with communication and correspondence
3. Manage travel and itinerary
4. Provide administrative support
5. Coordinate meetings
6. Manage relations
7. Maintain confidentiality
8. Assist with problem solving
9. Provide event and project support
