Job Description

Job Description
  • Responsible for providing day to day secretarial and administrative support so as to ensure the operations at M.D.’s office are completed efficiently and effectively. The role would include:
  • ·         Managing MD’s Calendar & sending reminders accordingly
  • ·         Taking notes /dictations and preparing correspondence on behalf of the MD / BOM
  • ·         Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • ·         Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
  • ·         Typing documents for MD / BOM
  • ·         Organizing meetings and ensuring the MD is briefed for meetings
  • ·         Arranging payments for Bills, credit card  and processing reimbursements for MD/BOM
  • ·         Arranging travel and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
  • ·         Co-ordination with the designer and the management regarding entire rebranding of company comprising of print ad materials, E-mailer ad’s, Presentations, News Write-ups, Website, Brochure, Exhibition / conference arrangements, etc.
  • ·         Co-coordinating with Sarjak’ s international offices for any advertising  requirements they have
  • ·         Co-ordination with national and international vendors for printing, publications etc.
  • ·         Collation, segregation and circulation of designing data for the designer, vendors and employees. 
  • ·         Handling projects on strategic part (for policy/mails/process etc. drafting)
  • ·         Should be capable enough to think strategically, making research for latest market trends for revamping any practices.
  • ·         Should be open for greeting overseas delegates and taking them out for lunch and sight-seeing if required any point of time in office hours on behalf of MD.
