ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES●

Provide general administrative support, including mailing and copying to management.●
Organize and schedule appointments with students using admin software.●
Plan meetings; including the agenda, organizing the requisite documents and taking detailed minutes.●
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, emails, and essay drafts.●
Liaise with students to remind them about their submissions deadlines.●
Interact with parents on a routine basis to keep them in the feedback loop.●
Assist in resolving any administrative problems.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND INTEREST●

Bachelor degree required.●
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Google Drive a must.●
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.●
Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills.●
Good research skills and attention to detail.
