Job Description:
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phonecalls
  • Managing all database in system and files
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Organising events and conferences
  • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Managing Daily Schedules, Diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Prepare Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and Correspondence
  • Additional Skills:Knowledge of Computers
  • Must be presentable
