The executive assistant plays a critical role in providing high-level administrative support to the founder and ensuring the smooth functioning of the founder's office. This role requires a dynamic and adaptable individual with strong organisational and problem-solving skills who can effectively manage various responsibilities, maintain professionalism, and contribute to the success of the organisation's leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the founder's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences. Prioritise and organise the daily agenda to optimise the executive's time.
Act as a point of contact between the founder and internal and external stakeholders. Manage phone calls and correspondence on behalf of the founder, ensuring timely responses and accurate message relay.
Arrange and manage travel itineraries. Anticipate potential scheduling conflicts and proactively make the necessary adjustments.
EA has to be pro-actively involved in both local and outside events and play an important role in event coordination.
Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
