-Dynamic, self starter and outgoing personality

-Excellent time management skills

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Fluency in English is must

-Must be able to speak Telugu or Hindi

-Should be willing to do business travel

-Should have own conveyance (no dependency on public transportation or others)

-Should be comfortable using office software like MS Word, MS Excel etc

Roles and Responsibilities

-Maintaining MD's calendar

-Travel arrangements

-Handling emails and correspondence

-Planning and scheduling upcoming activities

-Attending business meetings, presentations etc

-Preparing documents, presentations etc for business meetings

-Preparing weekly/monthly reports for the management(MIS)

-Ensuring good public relations and corporate communication
