Managing day to day communication
Takes dictation when required of correspondence, reports, and other matter, and operates desktop/laptop, etc. to transcribe dictated material
Be the point of contact between the executives and company employees/clients and manage information flow
Managing all the appointments, correspondence, files, records and confidential data
Coordinating and organizing top management meetings in the company
Organizing travel plans Domestic and International and events for the management
Keeping records of flying miles and redeeming them towards tickets for domestic as well as international travel
Preparing itineraries, letters, memos, minutes of meetings and keeping track of the meetings
Providing day to day administrative support
Arranging conferences, including preparation of agendas and minutes for the same and making the necessary business travel arrangements thereafter
