Location:- Borivali, Mumbai

Working Days: 6 days for 6 months and after 6 months it will be alternate Saturday's

Working Hours: 10:30AM- 7:30PM

Salary Budget: 30k-40k

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to Managing Director. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing diaries, and facilitating communication within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support

• Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Diary Management

• Strong communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of MS Office suite

• Relevant certification or degree in Administration or related field
