Analysis and reporting of all performance parameters for the business including financials, management, accounts and performance analysis, budgets and other function’s parameters.

Supporting decision making abilities by conducting detailed analysis on key strategic issues; conducting internal and external analysis and research to formulate strategic opinions and recommendations.

Running the agenda and content for important meetings.

Read and screen emails, using judgment on priority, track and action for efficient and rapid response.

Plan and organize required team meetings, coordinate agenda as and when required.

Deal with highly confidential data on a daily basis.

Organize and process expense reports including all supporting documents as needed, time writing on monthly basis.

Organize and process expense reports including all supporting documents and submit the same on timely basis.

Strong proficiency in MS office applications - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Be proactive and operate with a high degree of independence, initiative, and good judgment skills.

Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written - ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.

Ability to work globally across time zones and handle various client’s transaction process.

Must possess the desire to assume a heavy workload and to be able to work as a team member

Experience working in an environment where confidentiality and discretion are required.

Demonstrate confidence and ability to anticipate problems and handle the unexpected on own initiative
