She should have an experience of being an Executive Assistant for atleast 3 years
She should know use excel (sort & filter, vlookup, etc.),Microsoft office suite
(Having knowledge of Google Sheets will be given preference)
Basic knowledge of Stock market
Job Description:
She is expected to assist the director in all his work like:
- Maintaining his schedule
- Scheduling Meetings
- Drafting Mails
- Taking care of his travel plans
Timings: 9 am to 6 pm
Days: Monday to Friday , All Saturday working till 2 pm
