Job Description

Executive / Asst Manager - Training

1 - 4 Years

Raipur, Belgaum, Aurangabad

1. Conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA)
2. Training Scheduling and Preparing Training Calendar in coordination with all the concerned departments
3. Training Delivery
4. Conducting Induction / Process / Product / Refresher / OJT Training for employees
5. Training Report Preparation and Sharing
6. Data Management
7. Branch/Field Visit

Required Candidate profile :

1. Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (Candidates having MBA would be preferable)
2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years as trainer preferably in Microfinance industry
3. Excellent communication, Presentation and Interpersonal skills
4. Must be having high levels of energy and a pleasing personality
5. Knowledge of local language is must
6. Willing to travel
