Conduct competitive research, attend events to keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in the market
Respond to Client queries through calls/chat/e-mails. Handle customer queries timely
Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
Meet personal KPIs and deadlines

Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Are well-versed with Microsoft Office with prior writing experience
