• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
  

 Requirements:

•  Should be able to read and write either hindi or English.
  
• Should have basic knowledge of Indian cooking.
  
• Should be able to cook Indian recipes including curries and gravy items (mostly chicken) with basic knowledge of tandoor.
