We are looking for highly energetic, quick and friendly customer oriented people to work in our team as kitchen members.
As Head of Service operation you are given following responsibilities’:
To take care of orders – in and out .
To manage kitchen staff to prepare things in time without food waste and with accuracy and as per standards.
To take care of stock and its usage.
To handle beverages section: Preparation of coffee, shakes, smoothies and other drinks as per menu.
To handle fast food section: Preparation /plating/handling of quick menu recipes (5-6 items under menu) alongside helper staff.
To keep the flow and preparation of orders in continuation.
Handle staff timings and management.
