To maintain a clean and hygienic working environment
To monitor the internal and external audits of the restaurant, communicate results to the management team and develop & manage a corrective action plan to improve results of the audit
To ensure that both the kitchen is well prepared for the handling production requirement as per the forecasting given by the Business Head.
Work along with the Central Kitchen Manager or concern Manager & Corporate Chef to maintain the cost.
Candidate
6 to 7 years Central Kitchen management experience
3+ years restaurant kitchen management experience
