  • Candidates completed their MBA(Operations, Marketing, Finance)(2018/2019-Passed out)can apply for this openings.
  • The opening is only for freshers and they can directly walk in to Yalamanchili Software Services, 2nd Floor Shakthi Towers, Anna Salai, Chennai from Monday to Friday between 9AM to 4PM.
  • Training will be provided to improve their work.
  • Candidates who are good in communication(English) and can manage calls over their communication apply to this job.
  • Additional languages(Tamil/Malayalam/Telugu/Urudu/Hindi) will be an added advantage.
  • Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
  • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
  • Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Interaction with the client & Client facing activities (For different Banks).
  • Acquiring correct business requirement from the client.
  • Able to understand the client query and get it resolved by working with the team for timely delivery.
  • Required to analyses the business requirement and manage to get it completed within the stipulated time.
  • Should be able to provide updates regarding project overview.
  • Should be able to manage a team.
  • Very good Communication skills verbal and written.
  • Good in logical thinking.
  • Strong analytical & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Problem solving attitude.
