OVERVIEW
As an Sales Development Representative , you will work with the team to generate qualified leads, identify and maintain relationships with sales prospects, and move them to evaluation stage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiating telephone and email contact with potential prospects from website registrations and lead generation lists; cold calling as needed
- Qualifying leads generated from marketing campaigns (Google adwords, Live chat, website traffic, email campaigns and events)
- Communicating with leads to overcome objections and determine if a need exists between the product and the potential customer.
- Route qualified opportunities to the inside sales team for further development and closure
- Thoroughly qualify all sales opportunities and move them to evaluation stage
REQUIREMENTS
- Any Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Primarily working US shift and occasionally on Europe shift as required.

INTERVIEW AND SELECTION PROCESS
- Telephonic Interview.
- Candidates clearing telephonic interview will be called for face to face interview
- Candidates clearing the face to face interview will be given 6 months Internship program with Rs 16,000/- per month as compensation plus attractive incentives based on meeting targets.
- At the end of internship program based on their performance they will get confirmed or assigned to different role or rejected
- Finally for the confirmed candidates, salary will be varied based on their performance
