Coordinating and maintaining meeting schedules for effective sales.

Explore new business opportunities among the allocated clients along with competition management

Responding to online, offline queries along with technical support wherever required.
Product demonstration and installation at client premises
Ensure any new communication or roll-out is smoothly delivered to customers.
Regular customer visit and interaction with client.
Proactively engage, train and guide customers for increased usage of the product.
Active involvement in value chain and seek feedback from client to improve the services and help in product development
Collection of subscription related documents and amount
Maintain MIS of all the activities and timely submission to the management
