Job Summary :
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about multiple projects and service using scripts.
- Good Knowledge about the Locations in Bangalore is preferable.
- Answer questions about Projects or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and pass on the same to Relationship Managers to close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and Process requirements and pass on the same in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Skills and Qualifications :
- 0-3 years experience in Customer Support/Telecalling.
- PUC and above.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Well versed in MS Word and Excel.
- Experience or knowledge of CRM will be an added advantage.
- Degree or Diploma required in business, marketing, management, or related field without any gap between education and work.
