Qualification  : Graduate with 1st Class degree in Law or a Law graduate who has passed 5 years Integrated Law course from a recognized University. Post graduate degree in Business/Commercial Laws will be preferred.

Experience :  Min. 13 years, out of which (i) Min. of 3 years as an Advocate in any High Court / Dist. Court / Independent as a Member of a Firm of Solicitors (after enrolment as an Advocate with Bar Council) and (ii) Min. 10 years as a Law Officer in any Commercial Bank / Fin. Institution, having exposure to Contract Act, Transfer of Property Act, Companies Act, IBC, SARFAESI Act, DRT Act, revenue and local laws of AP. Working knowledge in Telugu is essential.

Selection Procedure : Selection would be by way of shortlisting and Personal Interview to be held at Vijayawada on a suitable date (to be informed in due course) before the Selection Committee. The Corporation will undertake a preliminary screening of the applications for preparing, if necessary, a shortlist of eligible candidates to be called for interview. Thus, merely fulfilling the requirements laid down in the advertisement would not automatically entitle any candidate to be called for interview.
