Executive Director (Finance)

Qualification :  Chartered Accountant / Cost and Works Accountant.

Experience as on 1st June, 2019 :  The applicant must be employed in a regular capacity in any one of the followinga) Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE); b) Central Government including the Armed Forces of the Union and All India Services; c) State Public Sector company where the annual turnover is *Rs. 2000 crore or more; d) Private Sector company where the annual turnover is *Rs. 2000 crore or more. (*The average audited annual turnover of three financial years preceding the calendar year in which the post is advertised shall be considered)

Candidate must have experience of minimum 25 years after securing the qualifications mentioned above of which minimum five years in last ten years shall be of Fertilizer Industry.

Emoluments : Total Monthly Gross emoluments at the minimum of the E9 scale (Rs.150000 -300000) which includes, Basic Pay plus DA, plus House Rent Allowance, and other allowances works out to Rs.2,50,000/- approximately. Employee will be also entitled to Performance Related Pay (PRP),Free Medical Facility for self and dependents, Gratuity, Contributory Provident Fund, Accident Insurance, and other Social Security Schemes etc as per Company rules.

Upper Age Limit : The Upper Age Limit for ED grade is 55 years as on 1st June, 2019

Officer (Medical)

Qualification : MBBS with completed internship and registration with Medical Council of India / Maharashtra Medical Council. Candidates who have passed Certificate course in Industrial Health of three months duration or Associate Fellow of Industrial Health (AFIH) recognized by State Government or Directorate General, Factory Advice Service & Labour Institute (DGFASLI) will be given preference. Candidates should possess Functional knowledge of computers.

Experience as on 01.02.2019 Must have minimum 2 years experience excluding internship in a large hospital / Industrial Hospital (25 bedded or more).

Salary and other Benefits : Total Monthly Gross emoluments at the minimum of the E1 scale (Rs.40000 -140000) which includes, Basic Pay plus DA, plus House Rent Allowance, Non Practicing Allowance and other allowances works out to Rs.74,000/- approximately. Employee is also entitled to Performance Related Pay (PRP),Free Medical Facility for self and dependents, Gratuity, Contributory Provident Fund, Accident Insurance, and Social Security Schemes as per Company rules.

Upper Age Limit as on 01/02/2019:  General – Maximum 32 years. OBC Category – Maximum 35 years. 10 years age relaxation for PWBD candidates. Candidate domiciled in Jammu and Kashmir between 01.01.1980 and 31.12.1989 – 5 years.  Ex-Serviceman – 5 years. Children / family members of the victims of 1984 riots – 5 years
